I tried to submit the form last week and it froze each time. Now this week the submit button is disabled after 5 times trying to submit the completed form. I tripled check the data is complete.

Hello! We tried to fill out the form again, but it does not allow us to fill it out anymore, and when making the request to the API it still shows insufficient permissions. We used this url to fill out the form: Intraday (fitbit.com) we tried it in opera, edge, chrome and explorer and none of them work.

Perhaps these errors in the console are related to not being able to send the form.

I went in to try and submit the intraday request for one of my applications today as well and I was unable to do so.  The 'Submit' button is locked down.

Sorry to hear that.
We have been trying to get our request approved directly with support team.
We sent them all of our information 3 going on 4 weeks ago and not one
response for acknowledging the receipt of information that they request of
us by email. Also I have email them 1 time each week to keep us top of mind
and nothing, no reply.

We have a project that depends on accessing our Fitbit owner’s data and we
have now missed our project timelines and facing grim actions by our
company managers and we feel helpless by Google Fitbit.

If you find a different path to get approval please let us know.. Also if
you find another smart watch company that is more helpful, please let us
know, so we can switch companies and move our project forward.

Just to follow-up on this thread, the intraday form has been fixed and there have not been any reported problems in a few weeks.
