Auto authentication after initial permission

Hi,

 

Once initial authentication has occured via oAuth 2.0, is it possible to then access the data again without the user having to log in again?

 

For example, I request authentication and the user logs in via the FitBit page, then I store the authentication credentials and I do not need the user to log in again, or to remain logged in, but I can still request data.
