Can I share access to my app to another developer?

I have some apps created under my user and I would like to give permission to other users to change settings or subscribers. Is that possible?

I recommend that you avoid sharing your account credentials with other developers if it is a personal account associated with your application. As a rule of thumb, if the application requires access across a set developers, you should create a distribution list email that can be accessed by a group of users. Its easier to manage as people migrate in and out of your company.
