I have synced my fitbit charge2 to my laptop and I saw there are data (steps activities) on the server. However when I tried to retrieve data by using OAuth2, the data on those days was empty.
Does anyone know why?

I'll help you investigate this problem. Would you please private message me the client Id for your application, the API call you're executing to get the step activities, your Fitbit user ID or email address, and the dates where you say the step data is missing?
