Changes to our Fitbit Status Dashboard

On November 14th, we updated our Fitbit Status Dashboard, https://fitbitstatus.com or https://status.fitbit.com, to align it with the look and feel of Google's status dashboards.  As a result, those who subscribed to the old page will no longer receive email updates when an incident occurs.  To receive announcements for future incidents, please subscribe to the RSS feed shown on the Fitbit Status Dashboard.

Surely that’s going back in technology? Wouldn’t it be better if google actually caught up with fitbit?

I'm sorry but I really, really dislike the new app appearance and stats. If the Apple watch wasn't so expensive, I'd be gone.

I agree. Used to keep it open, but no longer care to look at it. Very boring

I hate the new dashboard😡 I think a lot of us would prefer the old look 👀!

So many people dislike the new app appearance so why don't fitbit allow us to revert to the old one.  The new one is nothing like as easy to follow progress, see how many zone minutes are in fat burn or peak. Just bland awful rubbish. HELLO FITBIT. WE WANT THE OLD FORMAT BACK!!!

Hi @RainbowZebra

I think you're confused between the 2 dashboards.   The Fitbit Dashboard, found at fitbit.com, contains all of your wellness stats (i.e. zone minutes, recorded activities, etc).   The Fitbit Status Dashboard, found at fitbitstatus and mentioned in this forum post, informs you if the Fitbit services are running.

Totally hate the new look and less data. Not going premium, going apple.

Hi @Kreynolds474

Thank you for your feedback.  However, this dashboard provides our developer community the exact same information as before.

You might be thinking about the Fitbit Dashboard found at fitbit.com.  That dashboard contains all of your wellness stats (i.e. zone minutes, recorded activities, etc).   The Fitbit Status Dashboard, found at fitbitstatus and mentioned in this forum post, informs you if the Fitbit services are running.
