Data Collection Suddenly Stop

Hi, 

Last night, I was collecting data using hundreds of tokens. However, the process unexpectedly stopped during the use of one token, even though it hadn’t reached the API limit and no error messages were recorded in the logs.

Has anyone else encountered this issue before?

I’ll monitor it again tonight and keep you posted.

I need a little more information to help figure out the problem.  When you say your process "unexpectedly stopped", what does that mean?  Are you getting an error, and from which endpoint?  Do the tokens stop refreshing?  Are the endpoints executing successfully but not returning a response?
