I have some questions about the new Demo Accounts.
1. Do I need to create a new Issue Tracker request for each account/participant or just once per study like the old gmail "+" hack?
2. Can I transfer the data from a demo account to the participant's personal account after they're done with the study?
3. What is the process for terminating these accounts? Will you send the study contact a warning email prior to termination?

Hi @Kevin_H
Thank you for your patience.
1. Do I need to create a new Issue Tracker request for each account/participant or just once per study like the old gmail "+" hack?
You should create one issue tracker request for each study. You can use the same Google account for multiple studies since the studies should have their own client ID. In the form, we ask for the number of accounts you need, and we use a unique email address format to make certain we don't attempt to create duplicate demo accounts.
2. Can I transfer the data from a demo account to the participant's personal account after they're done with the study?
No. If you want the user to keep their data, then you should have the user consent to the study with their personal Google account. As long as the user doesn't consent to the "profile" scope (which could include identifiable data), all you will know about the user is a 6-character identifier.
3. What is the process for terminating these accounts? Will you send the study contact a warning email prior to termination?
We set the termination date about 1 month after your study ends, to give you ample time to query the data you need before the accounts automatically expire.
