Hi there,
We used to get email notifications when Fitbit disabled a subscriber endpoint. But recently we find there are no such email notifications anymore. We have to check the state of subscriber endpoints on dev.fitbit.com. Just wondering if it is on purpose for Fitbit to stop sending email notifications when disabling a subscriber endpoint?
Thanks in advance

Hi @JackWang
We still provide emails when the subscriber is disabled. If you would please private message me your client ID and the date your subscriber was disabled, I will see if we attempted to send an email to you.

Hi @Gordon-C ,
Thank you for the reply. I tried to send a private message to you, but I can't see the option "send a message to this person" under your profile page. Is there anything I need to enable?
