We have integration with Fitbit API for a few years without any problems. Just recently starting May 22 we started receiving intermittent errors and complaints from customers. Our developers checked and its returning this error message. "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."
I've read in some older posts that this was related to CloudFare.
Please advise on what can be done to resolve this error for our account.
Thank you

Hi @dotfitllc
On May 18th, we deprecated support for older versions of TLS, and now we currently support TLS 1.2 and 1.3. See out forum post: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Web-API-Development/Deprecating-Support-for-TLS-1-0-and-TLS-1-1-on-M.... This might be the reason for the errors you're receiving.
