Error trying to register an app

Hi, I am trying to register my first app. After filling out the form and hitting submit I get redirected to an error page: 

Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

@JeremiahFitbit: I just discovered this here after a couple of days waiting for your to fix that error. Shouldn't the error page in the Dev Center tell me why I see it?
