Hello,

if I migrate my Fitbit account to a Google Account as requested by Fitbit, does the Fitbit API change? Especially the authentication procedure? I use the API for personal projects - do I have to adapt anything after the account migration?

No.   You will use the same API endpoints to query the user's data.
