How to connect fibit to Unity?

I am a newbie in fitbit and I wanna to access fibit data connect to Unity making an Android game.

 

I have register the apps, and I check for some topic, but is there some more clearly demo or tutorial for it?

 

I will thanks a lot for that, sorry for asking this kind of question.
