I would think this would require access to the phones API,, you might be able to get the location of a gps recorded exercise through Fitbit API. This however might not be availible for security reasons.

The 'location' scope allows an application to access exercise logs that contain location data. Fitbit devices only record GPS/location data when a person starts tracking an outdoor exercise and stop at the conclusion of the exercise.
