Hi guys,
Is there a way to get Lean Mass value using Fitbit Web API? I see that this measurement is tracked by Aria Scale but can't find any related information in API documentation.
Yauhen.

@Hansovovich No there isn't, but you can calculate it using a users weight and body fat percentage.
Lean Body Mass = Body Weight – (Body Weight x Body Fat %)
Hope that helps. ![]()

@AndrewFitbit is that a correct calculation? Body weight includes free mass, bone mass, and water weight as well as fat weight. Removing fat weight only will not result in just lean mass

@sleepy_dave, the articles I'm reading online describe lean body mass as the amount of weight on your body that you carry that isn't fat.
