@Hansovovich No there isn't, but you can calculate it using a users weight and body fat percentage.
Lean Body Mass = Body Weight – (Body Weight x Body Fat %)

Best Answer@AndrewFitbit is that a correct calculation? Body weight includes free mass, bone mass, and water weight as well as fat weight. Removing fat weight only will not result in just lean mass

@sleepy_dave, the articles I'm reading online describe lean body mass as the amount of weight on your body that you carry that isn't fat.
