How to handle 504 FitBit Error?

I have integrated FitBit tracking APIs. The issue is I am receiving 504 sometimes. What could be the reason and what should I do in this case?

 

If retry calling is the solution, after how much time I should retry or how many times?

 

can anyone please help?

Welcome to the forums!

 

Retrying the request is usually the way to go, and most often than not, should work. However, it would help if you could PM me with the endpoint you're calling, the timestamps the 504 occurred, and your Client ID so I can check our logs.
