I have not received any confirmation mail/message after filling up the intraday form.

To fetch the intraday data we need to fill up this form "https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/intraday/" . I filled this form but there is no confirmation message/mail. How will I come to know whether form has been submitted successfully or not OR whether my app is under approval process for intraday.
