I would like to develop an app that is resident on a smart phone that accepts señor information from a Flex 2 device 'real time' and that can interpret the señor reading and alert the wearer through the phone when something may be wrong? What is the best way to do this please?

Hi @Maldini3105, have you read through the reference documentation? That's probably the best place to start! You should be able to accomplish what you've described through the Fitbit Web API.
