Missing intraday step count

Hi,

 

I'm using Fitbit API to retrieve my Fitbit activity data. On multiple days there're only total step count and all intraday step counts are 0 (15 min interval). I have tried retrieving the files again and it still shows 0 in the JSON files. Please help. Many thanks in advance.

@caroline6927 Here's what Jeremiah said about Intraday values in a similar thread:

 

"Fitbit devices will purge intraday values in order to preserve daily values in a variety of circumstances, such as when device memory is constrained and when battery level is very low."
