Missing resting heart rate

Hi, 

I have been using Fitbit web api to get resting heart rate from it here is the url that been use:

https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/user_id/activities/heart/date/2019-10-13/2019-10-16.json

However , I met a problem where Fitbit app does show a value for Resting Heart Rate on the same days for which the response I receive from this API has no value.

And there are quite alot of days without this value given that the Fitbit app do shows a value for the Resting Heart Rate. Is this the expected behaviour?

Can you PM me the user ID and the date range of which you are seeing missing resting heart rate values? 

Also, can you let me know if this is occurring for one user or multiple users?
