hi all,
I'm doing steps this movemember as part of the challenge. I've set up app integration but no steps/kms come across, instead I can only see activity start and stop times. I've reached out to their help desk. They say theyve contacted fitbit but no help coming. Is there anything you can suggest that I pass back to the movember help desk. Example from their steps tracking feed.

Hi @Thisblows (you should consider changing your handle)
Unfortunately, Fitbit doesn't control how the 3rd party applications make use of the API and which data they expose. You'll need to go back to the Movember group for assistance. One thing you could check is to make certain you have data in your Fitbit account, your account is paired with the Movember app, and your device is syncing with the Fitbit app. It's easier to verify this through the web site at https://www.fitbit.com. Do these steps to troubleshoot
- Go to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/applications to see if the Movember application is paired with your account.
- If it is, use the information here, https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/troubleshooting-guide/common-solutions/#Data-Synchoni..., in the section "Fitbit.com Web Dashboard" to learn how to retrieve your user id.
- Using the same article, follow the instructions in the section Fitbit mobile application for iOS and Android" to see if the user id in your mobile app matches the value from step 2.
If the 2 user ids don't match, then you have 2 Fitbit accounts and the one paired with Movember does not match the account with your Fitbit device.
