My ip and account are blocked

We are research group which uses fitbit as one of our data input in our experiment. And we have 30 participants and provide each of them with one fitbit. To collect data from participants, we create 30 accounts together with the web API to collect data. And of course, we will log in each account to collect data from web api.

However, suddenly from April.27, our IP address were block by fitbit with error 1006. And I also noticed that all of the password of our 30 fitbit account were changed. This make a big trouble to us.

Can anyone tell me how can I solve it?
