We had a problem develop late last week where our users are not being redirected to the permissions/scope page after logging in to their Fitbit account then back to our callback URL after authorization any more, they are being redirected to their Fitbit portal and our connection is not completing as it should.
There is a flash of a URL that ends with consent but then the page redirects to the Fitbit portal.
We have not changed how our app directs users to Fitbit for authorization since we launched this app over 3 years ago.

We use the redirect from logout to help our users ensure that they are connecting the correct Fitbit account to our app
