I've been sleeping for 50 minutes, but the count is 0.

Actually it is 8 counts.

This number will always be 0.

Do you know the reason?

Hi Hiro,

 

Could you please provide me with the endpoint you're calling? If the endpoint contains the user id, please redact it for privacy reasons. I have a feeling you might be a using a deprecated endpoint which no longer supports these values.
