Production app losing data

We have had a lot of reports lately about our production app no longer syncing data for some of our users. As far as we can tell our development app is not affected, but we have been able to replicate on production as well. Based on our logs, we aren't getting any data back. We have not changed our code, but for some users it just stops working on random days. Disconnect/reconnect does nothing. Fetching the data manually always returns no data. Permissions were not changing during this time.
