Question-mark tooltips broken in Manage My Apps

I've noticed that the question-mark tooltips in the Manage My Apps page of the Fitbit Dev portal is broken. Normally, hovering over these tooltips should show the text that is associated to each tooltip. However, hovering over them, or even clicking them, reveals nothing. In order to find out the text associated to the tooltips is to actually view the HTML page source to see what is in the <a> tag representing the tooltip. I can imagine that the normal user of the dev portal will not think of doing this. Even if so, it is quite annoying to find out this essential information covered by the tooltips (essential because it explains the meaning of certain input fields like Application Website) by reading the HTML page source.

Note that I can reproduce this issue on the latest versions of both Firefox and Google Chrome on Mac OS X.

I am requesting that a member of the Fitbit web dev team take a look at this issue. Thank you.

We aware of this issue and it's in our todo list. 
We will fix it for sure in future, no particular estimations on when it wil be fixed though.
