Rate limit subscription notifications

We have a _lot_ of users that connect their fitbit accounts, and we've moved over to the fitbit subscription system to receive notifications when those users have new data we can bring down. We get a notification at least once every second, sometimes even faster than that. I'd love to see a way to limit how frequently we receive these notifications.

We currently don't have a way to reduce incoming push notifications.

However, I recommend that you post this request in our Feature Suggestions forum and be sure to use the Web API label so that our team can track interest for it.

In the meantime, would you please provide me with sample scenarios that you would like to see this feature used for?
