Hi. We have a user that is having an issue connecting their fitbit account to our app. After authenticating, we are not receiving the tokens for their account. I was hoping that someone at fitbit could look at the user's account and see if there is something up with it. I can supply the user id id in a private chat.

I'll be happy to look into this problem for you. Is the user receiving an error message during authorization, or are they able to successfully consent to the scopes?
