We have been syncing with fitbit over successfully for over 5 years now, however over the last 3 months the incidents of refresh token invalid has increased dramatically. forcing our users to relink their fitbit account. The OAUTH2 code has remained unchanged for those years.
Our users have said
1) they have not linked the device to another account
2) they have not revoked access
Is their currently any problem with refreshing an access token or somehow the refresh token is being invalidated in some other way.
Any ideas to how I can get to the bottom of this???
