Registering an application - terms of service & privacy policy

Hello,

I am currently trying to register an application with Fitbit, having been granted intra day access. As regards the registration form, could you please tell me, when requesting the terms of service and privacy policy URLs, does Fitbit require my employers terms of service and privacy policy or the terms of service and privacy policy related specifically to the research study that will require intraday access? If it is the latter, we only have a privacy policy for the research study, we do not usually create terms of service for specific research studies.

We do require all 3rd party applications to present a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy associated to the application registered at dev.fitbit.com whether its used for consumer or research purposes. I recommend consulting with your legal team for additional guidance.

Hi,

My legal officer requested me to ask what should be included in these 'terms of services' as she has no clue what should be discussed in this web page. Could you provide me with some information. We using the application for research purpose and do have a privacy policy to refer to.
