Reset Consumer Key/Secret will change key, secret, or both?

If I click "Reset Consumer Key/Secret" in the dashboard, will both the app key & secret change, or just the secret?

Also, will all the user access tokens automatically work with the new consumer key+secret, or will the users have to re-authenticate?
