Subscriber is not showing as verified in application settings page

Hi,

 In the part of verifying the subscriber end-point url I am getting the correct verification code from fitbit and in turn i am sending the response as 204. Again I am receiving the incorrect verification code from fitbit and in turn i am sending the response as 404 but in the application settings page my subscriber url still remains not verified.

Please let me know what is the problem in getting verified
