Subscription is enabled and verified but no data is pushed?

Hello, we have a web app that's been in use for years and uses a subscriber to get fresh data but it seems to have stopped working.  Users can still sync manually to get their data but nothing seems to be coming to the subscriber endpoint.  Under stats it says "No Stats available".  Looking at our server logs it doesn't look like any data has been posted to the subscriber url.  Any idea what's going on?  Thanks!

To my knowledge, there is not a problem with the webhook service.   If it stopped working all of a sudden, most of the time that means the subscriber was disabled.  I'm guessing you might have seen that when looking at your stats.   Did you check to see if your users still have subscriptions enabled?   You can call the Get Subscription List endpoint to find out.

Hi @Gordon-C thanks so much for the quick reply.  We've identified the issue was with the user subscriptions which we have fixed and data is flowing again.
