I have strange issue: user authorizes, gives access, backend sets up callback for that account, and it works for some time. But later backend does not get any callback about synced data, even if token is not expired, and user has not revoked authorization, and app is synced (I mean FitBit data is fresh).
Do you have any idea where to look for a problem? Currently I try to work around it by manually fetching data to fill in gaps, but it's not a long term solution.
If it helps in any way, callbacks were coming for ~12 days (for one of our users) and then stopped.
