Looks like a copy-paste error.  On https://wiki.fitbit.com/display/API/OAuth+2.0

 

Implicit Grant flow

Fitbit follows the OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Grant as specified in RFC 6749.

The header and link are correct, but the text "Authorization Code Grant" is incorrect there.  This is the section on *Implicit* *Grant*.
