URL syntax for accessing heart rate time series in seconds for a whole day?

I tried the recommendation https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/-/activities/heart/date/[date]/[end-date]/[detail-level].json from this page https://dev.fitbit.com/docs/heart-rate/ but it returns strange data (like Yoga activities and so on).

@CBSA Can I see the exact call you're making? Detail-level "1sec" doesn't appear to work with that particular endpoint, so if you're using that, maybe try using "1min" instead.
