Hi! I think I get this but want to verify.
All activities (and other entities) store dates & times in local time. But the time zone (and UTC offset) are stored at the user level (accessible by the GetProfile endpoint). If a user changes time zones, we no longer know the time zone associated with the times of previous activities.
So if I want the UTC datetime for a particular activity, I'll need to combine the (local) datetime of the activity with the UTC offset of the user at that particular time (most likely by calling GetProfile right after calling Get Activity Time Series).
Is this right and reasonable, or am I overcomplicating things? Thanks!
