Refresh Token Error: Conflict Status Code with Error Type: invalid_request

Hi, we are getting some weird errors when trying to Refresh some Tokens from different users. The API is returning a 409 Conflict Status Code which is not defined in the documentation (https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/oauth2/#refreshing-tokens)

Request Uri: https://api.fitbit.com/oauth2/token
IP Addresses: 104.16.65.50; 104.16.66.50;
Response Status: Completed
Http Status Code: Conflict
Http Content: Error Type: invalid_request

Any ideas on when this error occurs?

Would you please private message me your client id and the API calls you're executing when the 409 error is generated.  I'll look into it for you.
