I am receiving this error when I try to connect a device to my website.

request: An error occurred with the Fitbit Web API while processing the request. Error id: AC4441D2:3851_A92D91CB:01BB_5AE38821_28FF4DC1:3D68

 

EDIT: This is not related to Authentication. It is actually related to receiving minutesLightlyActive from the Web API. If anyone can get back to me on this that would be great.
