Unable to re-enable a disabled registered app

Our registered app https://dev.fitbit.com/apps/details/228S9N is currently disabled and we want to re-enable it. Unfortunately, when we try to re-enable, we get an internal server error (see screencap)

 

​2) login
​3) click on 'manage your apps'
4) ​click on 'xid'
5) click on 'edit application settings'
6) check the 'enabled' checkbox and then hit save​
 
our users are unable to sync their fitbit data until this issue is resolved. please help.

Hi, I checked your application and it appears your subscriber is currently active. Are you still having this issue?

We've also been having this issue as well since Friday the 6th. I was hoping it would be fixed today. Any news? 

 

We bought & are continuing to buy Fitbits for our entire enterprise size company to do company challenges. With this being down for so long, people are second guessing the investment.
