Updating form OAuth1 to OAuth2 (Enterprise Java App)

Hello,

 

I have an older app implemented using the java API and now I want to upgrade it to OAuth2.

 

It looks like the java api is no longer maintained and wondering if the OAuth2 access token would work with the java api ? Most likely the answer to that is no but I want to assess what do I need to change once I upgrade to OAuth2.

 

Anyone walked this path in the past ? Please share your experience.
