Web API for heart rate data

Hi, I am creating an app that will require access to the heart rate data from the Web API. However, I am not coding the app. Instead, I am using a visual programmer. Before I buy my tracker, I want to make sure that I will be able to access this data from the app I am making. And if so, how I will be able to do this.

Second-level and minute-level heart rate data is available via the Web API. See https://dev.fitbit.com/docs/heart-rate/#get-heart-rate-intraday-time-series
