Hi

I have some questions about web API service.

Does it mean that I can cooperate with fitbit to build my application with my own features?

for example if we want remote caring elder people via sensors like ''charge HR'' to send the patient information like heart rate to our control center witch is connected to their physicians. The information of the patient can be analyzed online to send help in case of emergencies or for later reference and analyze by their physicians so we need some features that we can not found in this app 

can we make our app and integrate with fitbit?

and other question is about server,can I send the data to my server?
