fitbit API Limit Reached

I am using FITBIT API to sync data to my app but getting this error after certain hits "Limit Reached" even when ii have not completed the 150 hits per hour most of the time. I have read many solutions and all but still getting the error before limit reached. What could be the issue possibly?
