we had an issue with our deployment resulting in timeouts for our subscrtiption callback. fitbit disabled our subscription, but we did not recieve an email notification that the subscription was disabled.
are we still supposed to recieve a notification upon disable? can we check if the notification was sent? has this happened to anyone else?

After investigating the logs I found that your subscription endpoint had been disabled on Feb 21 09:00:10.040 UTC.
Fitbit had sent the email to address you have linked to your application.
I've sent you pm with details.
