unable to register for an API with a .run domain

I am trying to register for an API so that I can have peoples steps automatically logged on my virtual run website, but as it is a .run domain it is not letting me register. 

 

Any help?

Would you be able to personal message me your inputs to the fields of the registration form. It would be sufficient if you could send a snapshot of the form as well.
