update access token scope

I'm using Authorization Code Grant Flow and get access and refresh token from Fitbit.

Now I need to update existing access token scope. How can I do same?

@cubii If you need to grant different or additional scopes, you'll need to go through the auth flow again and specify the scopes you want.
