My Fitbit is 16 hours behind. Steps up to date on th e Zip but phone and computer are showing last sync 16 hours ago. Tried manual sync but the sybol spins for ages and nothing happens
Have taken back off and replaced battery but still nothing. It seem to sync and around 4.30pm each day and nothing else. Batteries are lasting about 6 weeks or less ..... NOT GOOD. This Zip is less than 2 years old

I note that you have tried replacing the battery but according to the following help file, the zip can be restarted by waiting 10 seconds after removing the battery before replacing it (or a new one). Might be worth a try:
