Adding a photo to fitbit stats

After synching fitbit and wanting to share my stats, I used to be able to upload a photo I had taken previously and was saved on my phone, now it wont do that and I can only add a photo realtime.  What am I doing wrong?

Marion, is this the difference between accessing the website from your phone to upload a previously-taken photo to your profile or using the Fitbit App to update your profile picture?

The capabilities of the Fitbit website are definitely different than the capabilities of the Fitbit App, and that might explain the problem you describe.
