Any problems with Zip after updating?

I had TONS of trouble after I updated my Flex. So much so that I replaced it with a Zip, which is now telling me to update. It is currently not doing anything...can't even wake it up, and it's not even a month old! I hesitate to update, because of all the trouble I had with the Flex. Has anyone successfully updated their Zip?

About your concern, I haven't heard about any recurrent issue related to the update; if you wish feel free to check the information around; you will notice that Zip is working just fine after the latest update. Please confirm that your phone and Fitbit App are up to date too. You can see steps in this article: How do I update my Fitbit device?
